| Orange Coast Exchangors has been meeting for over 35 years and has a well-earned reputation as a productive exchange meeting. All Meeting fees includes morning coffee and tea, a sit down lunch with salad and desert. This is the oldest and the best marketing and educational networking transaction making meeting in southern California. Guarantee: If you come to this meeting with a property and a client, and are ready to put a transaction together with someone, at least one of us will make sure you leave the meeting with at least one offer, to Earn a Commission or Fee, and/or a Profit. * Meeting Fees are paid annually on a calendar basis, and are as follows: Full Membership: $300 a year; Associate Membership: $360 a year; Singular Meeting fee: $35.00 a meeting; Minium Attendee Requirement: Must have at least a valid Real Estate License; Affliate Membership Status (May not market real estate) $300. All above fees (except for singular meeting fees) are for 11 meetings, and do not include the Orange Coast Exchangors 2 Day Regional Meeting, but does entitle Members and Assocate Members to 2 Day Meeting discount.
